This project involved very tight logistics with the building being erected along the face of a 150' high cliff. It was completed in August 2020, 2 weeks ahead of schedule without the use of a Tower Crane or placing boom. The 5th floor transfer slab was 32" thick at most locations, and the structure also included an imported German Thermal Break system to isolate the balconies from the main structure.

Another building for the collection of the Vermella properties, this multi-family complex consists of masonry work only for Roy Rock. All CMU shafts, firewalls separating parking areas, and the like were complete in 2020. The brick facade started in early spring 2021 and is expected to be complete by end of the summer in 2021

Located near downtown Morristown, this project is multi-family with a 1 story concrete podium, CMU shafts, and a brick veneer. The project will involve several logistical challenges with a tight site and having to work around an active sewer line built in the late 1800's. Located in downtown South Orange, this multi-family housing project will consist of 4 stories of cast-in-place concrete as a podium to a wood framed structure. The lower levels will be a combination of retail, amenities and parking levels. Additionally, the entire masonry package will include CMU and an intricate brick veneer to match the historic charm of South Orange with elaborate masonry details, patterns, and decorative elements. Concrete work is scheduled to start in April 2021 with veneer in Spring 2022

This project started in January 2021 with very tight logistics and subsurface water conditions. It consists of a CIP basement below grade, spread footings, and 2 floors of slabs on metal deck. The foundation work was completed in March 2020, with slabs anticipated to be done by May 2021. Masonry CMU towers were constructed and the brick facade is expected to take place in Fall 2021

This project was located on a Hazwoper controlled site, had extensive dewatering, steel pipe piles, and a maze of concrete walls, elevations, slabs over geofoam, waterproofing admixtures, and a very complex transfer slab with a spider web of beams and 40" thick slab sections. Above the transfer slab, the typical floors also were complex and included complete perimeter beams, cantilevered balconies, and numerous elevation changes. The 11 story structure started in November 2019 and concrete was substantially completed in August 2020.

This project consists of the entire concrete podium with spread footings, slabs on grade and 18" thick podium transfer slab. All concrete work was substantially completed in November 2020. CMU surrounds the entire ground floor parking level and all shafts for the work structure to tie in to. Veneer is anticipated to start in Summer 2021

The 110,000 sq/ft footprint was started in January 2020 and concrete was substantially completed over 2 months ahead of schedule. The largest single day placement on this project was over 800CY, and was commonplace on a routine pour cycles.

This project consists of 2 independent sister buildings that are each 2 levels of cast-in-place podiums on spread footings. The transfer decks are 12" & 16" thick. Building 1 concrete was completed in March 2021, and building 2 concrete is anticipated to start in July 2021. The CMU shafts were erected immediately following the transfer slab placements and brick/cast stone veneer on building 1 is anticipated to start in late summer 2021

Each floor of the structure has approximately 20' ceilings to allow for automated parking systems below grade, and large 1st floor retail spaces. The transfer slab includes a complex system of beams supported by 40' high shear walls. Parts of the walls are over 5' thick due to the 1-sided forms needed and site topography. Admixtures include below grade waterproofing also being used. Additionally, the stair and elevator shafts are 12 stories high of cast-in-place concrete, all of which are constructed in full height in advance of the com-slab system. The project also includes 10 stories of slabs on metal deck and the entire brick and cast stone veneer package. Concrete was completed in April 2021, and veneer is anticipated to start in fall of 2021

This 2 story CIP structure with Transfer Deck will be the next phase of the neighborhood construction in Jersey City along Hoboken Avenue. The structure includes a large CIP water detention tank below grade, intricate transfer slab and at grade structure. Anticipated completion in October 2019

A very difficult logistics plan with minimal workspace has caused a significant challenge of structuring the building in segments. This building is located immediately next to the Dover Train Stop and includes extensive below grade work below existing water table with shoring and dewatering systems. Cast-In-Place work completed May 2019 in 8 months. Entire façade will be a mixture of Cast Stone and Brick Veneer in compliance with Historical Society requirements.

A difficult shoring section needed for the 1st floor slab was constructed over a flood storage area to permanently hold the groundwater encountered on the site. Work began in October 2019 and concrete was complete in January 2021. The cast-in-place structure is a total 3 story podium with 12" and 16" slabs on very large pile caps with full displacement piles. Part of our scope was the specialty cutting of the FDP 20" diameter piles prior to cap construction. CMU installation of towers and extensive interior partitions started immediately after slabs were placed. The 160,000 sq/ft footprint made for tough logistics creating the need for access area leave outs. This multi-family housing project will also be wrapped with an impressive cast stone and brick facade anticipated to start in May 2021

This structure shares a site with another partnering developer and general contractor and with common amenity areas causing extensive collaboration. The foundations consist of pile caps and grade beams on steel pipe piles and began in Summer 2019 and were completed on schedule. Masonry CMU followed shortly behind and brick veneer install began in Summer 2020 with anticipated completion in December 2020.

This 22 story Cast-In-Place structure includes a very challenging lower 4 stories of design including 37’ tall round columns and architectural exposed walls and balconies. The 3rd Floor Transfer slab included thermal controlled concrete at areas that were 3’ and 5’ thick. The very tight logistics of the site also made a challenge for how to construct with neighboring properties. Concrete scope completed March 2019.

This large scale phase of a massive residential complex has required the highest level of detail sophistication to complete. In addition to all the of masonry veneer on the building facades, we have also completed highly complex CIP site work. This work includes curved and sloping walls for waterfall structures, elaborate amenity and park spaces, and infrastructure improvements.

Superstructure included complex waterproofing and corrosion inhibitor design mixes with epoxy rebar. Extensive round columns, topping slabs, and difficult logistics on a pier all added to make this a challenging project. Masonry scope was also included in this contract. Over 60 skilled workers on site daily.

This structure was completed at a pace of 1 floor per week once above grade. Concrete scope was completed in October 2016, over a month ahead of schedule. Over 60 skilled workers on site daily.

This building is a literal complete circle with a "tail" shaped piece that wraps completely around a 7 story Cast-In-Place parking garage. Concrete scope is anticipated to be completed in May 2018, more than 3 months ahead of schedule. The scope also included all CMU work. Over 75 skilled workers on site daily.
